About
Dr. Sarah Baldwin is a family physician based in British Columbia with a focused practice in therapeutic neuromodulators, dermatology, and pain management.
Originally from Vancouver, she completed her medical degree and Family Practice training at the University of British Columbia, and earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Dermatology (Honours with Distinction) from Queen Mary University of London. She has presented and published research on post-transplant skin cancer at local, national, and international conferences.
Her clinical practice centres on therapeutic Botox for TMJ dysfunction, chronic migraine, and hyperhidrosis — with particular attention to patients with joint hypermobility and Ehlers-Danlos syndromes, whose overlapping symptoms are too often dismissed. She also maintains a medical and cosmetic skin practice, with interests in acne, eczema, rosacea, and skin cancer.
Alongside clinical work, Dr. Baldwin consults for medical clinics on efficiency and system design — helping practices reduce administrative burden and build sustainable workflows that support both patient care and physician wellbeing. Her writing on physician burnout and clinic redesign has appeared in the BC Medical Journal and on CBC Radio's The Early Edition.
She is passionate about using thoughtful system design to make medicine more human — for patients and for the professionals who care for them.
Appointments available at Hillside Medical Clinic in Victoria and Kensington Medical Clinic in Burnaby.
